Return Policy

 

We're confident in the value of our products and want you to feel secure in your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day refund window for product purchases. Refunds are available for both digital and physical products under the following conditions:

 

Refunds for products must be requested within 30 days of purchase, as long as no included notary services have been used for qualifying purchases.  Once any notary service has been redeemed, the associated product and service becomes non-refundable. Any relevant scheduled services will be terminated upon the refund request. 

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes made to your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling of services, last-minute cancellations, or no-show appointments made outside of the scope of the 48 hour notice timeframe are subject to a $10 cancellation fee per session appointment.
